Communication
"Strong reasons make strong actions."
- William Shakespeare
One of the keys to successful activism is to
learn from the skills and knowledge of others. This is
achieved through communication.
Delaware Freedom Riders is a small association
of individuals. As such, we rely on the internet to
exchange ideas. We have three ways that you can
participate:
Delaware Freedom Riders Bulletin Board
The Bulletin Board contains categories of
discussion points. You may be able to offer your unique
perspective of an issue, or perhaps would just like to share
an opinion with others. There are no rules on this
board, aside from respect for others. Signing up is
easy, just click
here. Be sure tell
the administrator what you think.
First-time
users: Click "Register" to create your own Screen Name
and Password.
If you
would like to be notified when someone replies to a post,
click on "Notify me of replies" at the bottom of the screen
when you are posting your message.
Delaware Freedom Riders Mailing List
When you sign up for the
mailing list, you will receive a monthly electronic newsletter
beginning in December, 2006. You can also freely post
ideas and opinions which will go out to all others on the
list, as well as communicate "off list" with other members.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
This is an opportunity for you
to express an opinion, post an article, exchange in a dialogue
with others on issues that perhaps are not contained on the
Bulletin Board.
To sign up for the mailing
list, click
here. Again, the
only rule is Respect.
Delaware Freedom Riders Email
When you send an e-mail to
delfreedomriders@aol.com,
you are communicating directly with the site administrators.
All feedback is welcome.
